My Customers Banned Me

Have you ever been banned from something? I haven’t, and it is not a good feeling.  I have been banned by my Saturday clients from making coffee. They have decided that they have had enough! They claimed that my coffee grew hair, not on your head, but on your chest.

IMG_1608If I were an extremely sensitive person, I would be offended, however I am not, and I appreciate their honesty. I really do not make very good coffee.

So I bought the salon a present for Christmas. I purchased a Keurig 2.0 Coffee and Tea Brewer Station!

Oh the joy on my customers faces when they saw the new coffee station. They enjoyed freshly brewed coffee, with vanilla and hazelnut creamers, Mmmm…… So the ladies love me all over again! Why, because I listened. I heard them asking for a little something from me through their teasing. We have always provided coffee to our customers- but when the service was not as good as it used to be, they made a little noise.

The lesson learned in this is to be attentive to your customers needs and some desires. If you provide a particular service, wether hair or not, be consistent.  Keeping up with good customer service helps you keep your customers.
